To be effective, your awareness of your body and function must be involved in postural training. What Your Posture Reveals Posture reveals your genetic and social heritage as well as the sum of your mental and physical habits. There are as many types of posture as there are human beings. Your posture is constantly and imperceptibly changing, reflecting your psychological state.

Are we conscious and therefore our brains are active, or does the activity of our brains create our consciousness? We know that a relationship exists and that mental experiences can create changes in the brain, but the nature of consciousness has not been explained.
